Policy

  • Cancellation: Please be sure to notify of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No show's result in a non-refundable treatment purchase, or a session lost in your purchased package. Some exceptions may apply. We understand things happen!

  • Payment: Payment is due prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, you may reschedule for another time, or be issued a full refund. 24 hour cancellation is required in order to issue your refund. Should you wish to pay cash or EMT on the day of your appointment, you will be be required to pay a deposit to secure the booking. Deposit fee is $50, and can be sent to bodyfairytoronto@gmail.com. Your deposit is refundable should you wish to cancel your appointment under the cancellation policy.

  • Late or Early Arrival: Clients who are over 15 minutes late to appointments may be asked to reschedule. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment, in order to respect each clients personal privacy and scheduled appointment time.

  • Privacy: Your privacy is crucial to us! All personal information collected is entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes. Info is not shared with third-parties.

  • Covid - 19: Please arrive to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are allowed. Upon arrival, please wash and sanitize your hands before we begin treatment. A mask is mandatory. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. If you are unable to wear a mask due to medical conditions, please notify us in advance.

  • Expiration on packages: 1 year from purchase date. Some exceptions may apply.
