Policy

  • Cancellation:  Please be sure to notify of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee added to client’s accounts. 

  • Late: Clients who are over 15 minutes late to appointments may be asked to reschedule. 

  • Privacy: Your privacy is crucial to us! All personal information collected is entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes and are not shared with third-parties.

  • Covid - 19: Please arrive to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are allowed. Upon arrival, please wash and sanitize your hands before we begin treatment. A mask is mandatory. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. If you are unable to wear a mask due to medical conditions, please notify us in advance.

  • Expiration on packages: 1 year from purchase date.
